What are your hours of operation for local Houston pet taxi service?

Monday through Sunday 5:00 am to 11:00 pm CST. If you require pet transportation outside of our office hours email us at info@furryfriendspettransport.com with your specific needs.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

To modify or cancel a reservation for an upcoming trip,contact us at 713-459-9241 or email at info@furryfriendspettransport.com with the booking confirmation number in the subject line and let us know what you need.

Can I ride with my pet?

Yes! You can ride with your pet or we can transport your pet by itself. One of the main benefits of Furry Friends Pet Transport is that you can arrange a ride for your pet with or without you.

Does my pet have to travel in a kennel?

If your pet is a dog, then no. Most pet parents/caretakers choose to have their dogs lie on the cushioned floor of our air conditioned van. If your pet is a cat, then yes — we require cats to be transported in a kennel or crate. Pet seat-belt harnesses are available to ensure the safety of your pets.

Will my pet ever ride in a vehicle with another animal while I’m not there?

No. When you book with us, your pet has their own private transport. If your pet has a sibling, we welcome your pets to ride together in the same vehicle (if they get along). Have more than one pet riding with us? Notify us in the notes section during the end of your booking process.

Are hourly (As Directed) bookings available?

Yes. During your reservation booking, select hourly. Hourly trips will be based on the hourly rate. For example, we can pick you up from your residence, and pick up your pet from the vet, groomer, pet spa, or anywhere else, and take you to your final destination. Hourly rates for fleets: Economy $60 per hour/Luxury Minivan. There is a two-hour minimum required for hourly rates.

How will I receive my driver information?

You will receive an email providing you details about your driver. You will receive a text message when your driver is en route, onsite at pickup location, and after your pet is dropped off at the destination.

Does the driver accept credit cards or cash?

Your driver can accept payment of Cash, Credit Cards, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle for any ride. Your payment information can be taken during the booking process when you book online.
